How We Got Here

Look, we didn't start this firm because we wanted fancy offices on Bay Street. We started because we kept seeing the same problem - businesses getting tangled up in legal stuff that could've been handled way better from the start.

Started From Experience

After years at big firms, we realized clients don't need hundred-page memos. They need someone who gets their business and can actually explain what's going on.

Built Different
